What warranty is available for refurbished builds?

On our refurbished builds we have a 6 month parts warranty, which covers you for the failure of any parts that were used in the build. If the part that breaks is a new part, we can help with you getting the manufacturer warranty sorted if that is required.For new builds that are commissioned, you will have a full year of parts and labour included, as well as any manufacturers that comes with the parts.In both cases this warranty does not cover hardware failures if you try overclocking parts or if you break a part further upgrading the PC. We do not want to deter you making your own changes, however we are not responsible for any improper installations.

How long does a custom build take?

As a small business we cannot hoard parts, so most builds are made to order. We aim to have your PC shipped and on its way to you within 5 working days of receiving all the parts. Please be assured we will always keep you updated on the status of your order.

What payment methods are available?

Outside of the selling platforms i.e. eBay we take payment only through tide payment links/invoices. This allows you pay through a variety of methods including card details (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay, and Google Pay. An invoice is always provided.

Do you ship?

Yes we do ship our products within the UK mainland. When it comes to PC's, we ship with the box that the case came in, use an InstaPak inside the case to cushion the internals of the PC, and use bubble wrap to make sure it is a snug and protective fit.

Commissioned Builds

If you are looking for a new PC but are not sure where to start, the prebuilt world is confusing, or you just don't want to build your PC, this service is for you. The process looks as follows:1. You contact us with all the details we need, this may be via any of the communication channels i.e. email, social media.
2. We will spec a PC specifically for you and come back to you within 1 working day with a part list and cost.
3. Any revisions to the build can be made if something isn't quite right.
4. We take payment for the build and order all the parts, an invoice will be provided
5. We proceed and update you with the status of the order, providing a picture/video when all the parts arrive, when the build process is ongoing, and when we are in the testing/benchmarking stage. The total build process we aim to take no more than 5 working days.
6. Your PC is shipped to you and you are ready to game :)Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this service.

PC Setup

Typically this is a service we provide when a PC is sold or commissioned by us. This service includes help with the following:- Setting up windows
- Getting any additional drivers you need sorted i.e. network drivers, graphics drivers
- Getting some games of your choice ready (Start the download)Price: £50 if within 10 miles, a call out fee will apply for customers further away, please ask for details directly if this is something you are interested in
